The binding specification for any supply is the one stated in our written quotation, order acknowledgement and the Certificate of Analysis issued with the consignment. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent forum.
